Chair umpire Carlos Ramos will not work US Open matches that have Serena or Venus Williams

(CNN) — Carlos Ramos wont function as chair umpire for almost any Serena Williams or even Venus Williams matches at the 2019 US Open, also a United States Tennis Association spokesman told CNN on Wednesday.
